The RUBY 401-ND-20/Z bread knife is an excellent companion for every household and restaurant operation. It enables comfortable slicing of all types of bread; thanks to its serrated blade, it easily and quickly slices bread or halves rolls and other baked goods. The high-quality blade is made from martensitic stainless steel DIN 1.4116 (imported from Germany) with a hardness of 55 HRc, set into a wooden handle. The handle is perfectly ergonomic, designed by our engineers and designers to allow comfortable work with the knife. Due to precise workmanship, the handle fits perfectly with the blade, leaving no space for dirt or harmful bacteria. The blade features a bolster protecting the fingers during slicing. Using RUBY kitchen knives is comfortable and safe when basic handling and hygiene rules for sharp objects are followed. The RUBY knife is suitable for everyday use and resistant to corrosion. Cord UTON CORD MODEL 75 This is a safety cord for the UTON knife model 75, which is an integral part of the accessories for this iconic knife of the Czechoslovak People's Army (ČSLA). Although it may seem like a simple piece of rope, its construction and usage follow specific rules. Cord functions: Accessory securing: The primary role is to connect the knife with the accessories stored in the sheath (saw and file).
