Privacy Policy
This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the online store profi-instrument.com.ua, located at profi-instrument.com.ua, may obtain about a User while the User is using the online store website, as well as its programs and products.
1. Definitions
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
- Website Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) means authorized representatives acting on behalf of the online store profi-instrument.com.ua who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of such processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions performed with personal data.
- Personal Data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Processing of Personal Data means any action or set of actions performed with or without the use of automated means in relation to personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, use, transfer, provision, access, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
- Confidentiality of Personal Data means the mandatory obligation not to disclose personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or another lawful basis.

5. Methods and Terms of Processing Personal Information

- The Administration, together with the User, shall take reasonable measures to prevent losses and other adverse consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data.
6. Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The User shall:
- provide personal data necessary for the use of the online store website;
- update or supplement previously provided personal data if such data changes.
6.2. The Administration shall:
- use the received information solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy;
- ensure the confidentiality of personal data and not disclose it without the User’s consent, except as provided by this Privacy Policy and the laws of Ukraine;
- take measures to protect personal data in accordance with ordinary business practice and applicable legal requirements;
- where necessary, block the User’s personal data for the period of verification upon request of the User, the User’s legal representative, or an authorized authority, if inaccurate data or unlawful processing is detected.
7. Liability of the Parties
- The Administration shall be liable for damages caused to the User as a result of unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, except in cases provided for by this Privacy Policy.
- The Administration shall not be liable for the loss or disclosure of confidential information if such information:
- became publicly available before its loss or disclosure;
- was lawfully obtained from a third party before being received by the Administration;
- was disclosed with the User’s consent.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Before filing a lawsuit in connection with disputes arising between the User and the Administration, the parties shall attempt pre-trial dispute resolution, including submission of a written claim.
- The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
- This Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Administration shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine.
9. Additional Terms
- The Administration has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without prior consent of the User.
- The new version of the Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment it is published on the online store website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
- Any suggestions, requests, or questions regarding this Privacy Policy may be sent using the contact details provided on the website.
