Santoku knife RUBY 405-ND-18 is suitable for preparing fish, meat, and vegetables. It is mainly used in Asian cuisine for cutting into thin strips. The high-quality blade is made of martensitic stainless steel DIN 1.4116 (imported from Germany) with a hardness of 55 HRc and is set into a wooden handle.

The handle is perfectly ergonomic and has been designed by our engineers and designers to allow comfortable work with the knife.
