Butcher knife CLASSIC 307-NH-20 is a portioning knife designed for both professionals and occasional meat handlers. This knife is intended for demanding tasks in butcher shops as well as home kitchens. Its primary use is for portioning larger pieces of meat. Due to its shape, it is also efficient for slicing large meat slices.
The blade is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4116 (440A) with a hardness of 55–58 HRc, offering high cutting performance and abrasion resistance proven suitable for manufacturing butcher and kitchen knives. It is mounted in a plastic handle, whose ergonomics allow a safe and comfortable grip with all fingers.
