Mikov Hunting Knives
Mikov Hunting Knives — a Dependable Blade for the Hunt and the Outdoors
A hunting knife is a tool the outcome depends on: field dressing, camp work, small tasks on the trail. This Mikov section gathers over 40 Czech-made models — from compact blades to large knives and machetes. As the official Mikov distributor in Ukraine (certificate), we offer only the genuine article with a factory warranty.
Two main types
To make choosing easier, we've split hunting knives by construction:
- Fixed-blade knives — the strongest and most dependable, for field dressing and heavy tasks. These include the SCOUT, ROVER, ZAVAZÁK and the premium LES with a rosewood handle.
- Folding hunting knives — compact and multifunctional, easy to carry. The flagship is the FIXIR series with a saw, corkscrew and openers, along with the HUNTER and JELEN with antler handle scales.
How to choose a Mikov hunting knife
A fixed blade is stronger and easier to maintain — the choice for field dressing and heavy loads. A folding knife is easier to carry and often adds tools (a saw, corkscrew, openers) — great for the trail and camp. Consider the steel (420 stainless, N690, Damascus), the handle material (rosewood, antler or buffalo horn) and whether it comes with a sheath. For a prestige gift to a hunter, the LES or the antler-handled TAIGA are excellent choices.
