Exchange and Return

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the customer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days, not counting the day of purchase, as well as to submit claims regarding goods of improper quality within the warranty period.

Exchange of goods

Exchange of goods means returning the purchased item to the store in order to receive an identical item or another item with the corresponding recalculation of the price. If the price of the new item differs, the customer either pays the difference or receives a refund of the price difference.

Return of goods

Return of goods means handing the item over to the seller in order to receive a refund of the amount paid for it at the time of purchase.

In what cases exchange or return is possible

Exchange or return of goods of proper quality is possible if:

• no more than 14 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase;
• the item has not been used;
• its marketable condition, consumer properties, комплектність, packaging, tags, seals, and markings have been preserved, if applicable;
• the documents confirming the purchase have been retained, as well as the warranty card and instructions, if they were provided with the item.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or other defects in the item, the customer may contact us within the warranty period. The further procedure for exchange, return, or warranty service is determined after inspection of the item.

Important

Exchange and return of goods are carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine. Certain categories of goods of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with legal requirements.

Refunds or exchange of goods are carried out after the request has been approved and the item has been received by the seller, within the time frames and in the manner provided by the applicable laws of Ukraine.
