Knife REPETITOR BLUE - 30 years LIMITED EDITION

Numbered edition of the REPETITOR knife commemorates the participation of Czech soldiers on the Balkans in UNPROFOR, UNCRO, IFOR, and SFOR missions since 1992. The REPETITOR knife bears, following the suggestion of Chief of the General Staff Aleš Opata, the name of the T 23 - Repetitor checkpoint, where, while fulfilling tasks of the UNPROFOR mission, two Czech soldiers, Luděk Zeman and Petr Valeš, died in August 1995.

Knife design concept is a reminiscence of the famous bayonet for the vzor 58 submachine gun. The author of the design, Major Roman Hippík, was inspired by this cold weapon, which has been part of our army's armament for several decades and is connected to its history: the bayonet for the vz. 58 submachine gun. Almost everyone who served in the army as a conscript or professional soldier has encountered it.

War veteran project is a joint activity of Mikov and the Military Solidarity Fund. Its goal is to link the memory of soldiers' heroism with concrete assistance to those in need.

Support for the Military Solidarity Fund: From every sold REPETITOR BLUE knife - 30 years LIMITED EDITION, 1,000 CZK was donated to the Military Solidarity Fund.

The blue numbered edition of the Repetitor knife symbolically refers to the colors of the UN and is produced in a limited quantity of 100 pieces.

Description of the REPETITOR knife:

• Integral fixed blade knife with blue handle scales made of G10 material
• The blade has a central tip
• Equipped with a bottom edge, a false top edge, and relief grooves
• The surface treatment of the N690 steel is Ceracot cobalt coating
• G10 handle scales are attached to the tang with two hex screws
• For better handling, the knife features a one-sided bottom guard and thumb grip roughening on the back of the blade
• The circular knife pommel is equipped with a hole for attaching a cord and seven flat surfaces

Marking and sheath:

• Each knife is marked with creator, manufacturer, serial number, and year of production by laser engraving
• The sheath is very lightweight and compact, made of laminated Cordura with a plastic insert securing the knife in the sheath
• The knife handle is fixed to the carrying strap by two fastening straps with snaps
• The entire surface of the sheath is made of the same material as army equipment components
• The sheath can be attached to a belt in several ways and also to MOLLE webbing
• The front side at the bottom heraldically depicts the emblem of the Czechoslovak Army used during the Balkan missions
