Product Description Knife REPETITOR BLUE - 30 years LIMITED EDITION Numbered edition of the REPETITOR knife commemorates the participation of Czech soldiers on the Balkans in UNPROFOR, UNCRO, IFOR, and SFOR missions since 1992. The REPETITOR knife bears, following the suggestion of Chief of the General Staff Aleš Opata, the name of the T 23 - Repetitor checkpoint, where, while fulfilling tasks of the UNPROFOR mission, two Czech soldiers, Luděk Zeman and Petr Valeš, died in August 1995. Knife design concept is a reminiscence of the famous bayonet for the vzor 58 submachine gun. The author of the design, Major Roman Hippík, was inspired by this cold weapon, which has been part of our army's armament for several decades and is connected to its history: the bayonet for the vz. 58 submachine gun. Almost everyone who served in the army as a conscript or professional soldier has encountered it. War veteran project is a joint activity of Mikov and the Military Solidarity Fund. Its goal is to link the memory of soldiers' heroism with concrete assistance to those in need.
