Production expands and Gottlieb Stoll designs a new factory building on Ulmerstrasse in Esslingen to meet the capacity requirements of the dynamic company. It became the first ancestral nest for his company. The middle and second half of the twentieth century unleashed the full potential of Festo. A wide range of improved circular saws with guide rail, grinding machines appeared, new branches were opened in German cities and in 1975 Festo chose a priority direction for the development and production of hand-held electric and pneumatic tools. Until the 90s, under the Festo brand, eccentric sanders, automatic plunge-cut saws, pendulum jigsaws were developed and produced, and after a brand renewal at FESTO TOOLTECHNIC in 1992, the company presented the most innovative SYSTAINER - the world's best tool box, which became a bestseller among all the masters. In 2000, the company celebrated its 75th anniversary in a new spacious building in Wendlingen, which was marked by the emergence of an independent brand FESTOOL.
