Mikov Fishing Knives

Mikov fishing knives are folding pocket knives thought through for every trip to the water. The pointed blade handles a precise slicing cut, while special features built into the body help at every stage: a disgorger hook for freeing a hook stuck in a fish's mouth, a saw for removing scales, and other helper elements. Sturdy construction and ergonomic handle scales give a secure grip even with wet hands, which makes the knife an indispensable companion on the bank.

Mikov fishing knife models

This category features the FISH ANGLER series in two configurations. The FISH ANGLER 338-NH-3 is a 3-piece model with a core set of functions — compact and light for everyday carry. The FISH ANGLER 338-NH-5 is a 5-piece version with extended tooling for anglers who want more tools at hand right on the shore. The brand's wider range is gathered in the Mikov knives section.

How to choose a fishing knife

Match the knife to your style of fishing: the more compact 3-piece model is enough for short outings, while the 5-piece version with its wider set of functions is more practical if you often handle the catch and tackle. Pay attention to how the handle feels in wet conditions and to whether it has the exact features you need — the disgorger hook for freeing hooks, the scaling saw. After fishing, rinse the knife in fresh water, wipe it dry, and touch up the blade from time to time to keep a sharp cut.
